Welcome to Bruno. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Our Site

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and shipping information and to keep your login credentials secure.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, colours, and images are provided in good faith but may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • For Pre-Order items, only bank transfer is accepted, and delivery times are indicated at checkout.
  • We may cancel any order suspected of fraud or in violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted according to our Shipping & Returns policy. Custom or "My Design" items are non-refundable unless defective.

6. My Design & User Content

When you upload artwork, images, or text through the "My Design" feature, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use the content.
  • It does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or any third-party rights.
  • It contains no unlawful, offensive, or hateful material.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Bruno a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. We may refuse to print content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All Bruno branding, logos, product designs, photography, and website content are the property of Bruno and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with other users or the operation of the site.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security threats.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
